Guessing the word

Students from fifth grade were learning about present continuous tense. In order to implement this topic, they played a game called Guessing the action.

The students were divided into 7 groups. Each group choose a leader, who had to guess an action verb that was pasted on his/her front. The leader couldn't see the word. So that, the others students had to mention the clues or do a mimic related to that word.
 

Each group had just 60 seconds to try guessig the greatest number of words.

This activity allowed students had a fun time. They enjoyed it and learned about actions in the present continuous tense.
